One sensor, many uses

Why the EOS2 LiDAR sensor works across so many applications

The EOS2 captures a full 360° x 180° sphere in about three minutes at 1° angular resolution, reaching 100–200 ft in every direction per scanner (200–400 ft across). It runs on 12 VDC with a 25 mA idle draw, communicates over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and sits in an IP54 enclosure with a standard 3/4" NPT mount and a 1/4"-20 UNC thread for top mounting.

Those traits make it equally at home bolted to a truss above a coal pile or set up in a backyard for an afternoon. What changes between applications is what you do with the point cloud: feed it to Hyperion for automated volumes, or export it to open tools for modeling, measurement and visualization.
