Automated fixed LiDAR scanning
Rugged EOS2 LiDAR sensors are installed above your bays, bunkers and grain piles. They scan autonomously around the clock, hourly or on demand, with no one on the pile and no pause in loading or unloading.
Unlike cameras, LiDAR is an active sensor: it measures the true surface of each pile regardless of lighting conditions, day or night.
Cloud platform, alerts and enterprise integration
Within minutes of a scan, Hyperion processes the data and publishes volumes to a secure cloud platform, where custom bulk densities for each material turn volume into tonnage. Check it from a desktop, tablet or phone, and use the API to send the data to your ERP or accounting software.

Material-specific, per-pile control
