Every continuous emissions monitoring program has the same backbone: analyzers or monitors that measure pollutants, and a data acquisition system that records, validates, averages and reports those measurements. STACguard is that data acquisition layer. It connects to the instruments on your stacks, runs in the background on its own dedicated server and presents everything through a web interface.
Because STACguard is configured rather than custom-coded for each site, the same platform adapts to a cement kiln with rolling-average limits, a fertilizer plant with several process units, a soil reclamation unit with a single stack monitor or a boiler reporting under Part 75.
